The Spirit of God certainly blessed our first discipleship meeting.  We enjoyed every second of it!  The subject  for this meeting was “True Repentance”. Yes, there is a false repentance where souls are not sorry for hurting a loving God. But rather, are simply ashamed because they get caught sinning!  During service the old time hymns that were sung were truly anointed.  Even the badly out of tune piano sounded beautiful!  We were happy to have the Hightower family with us for the first time, as well as all the others who attended this meeting.  The spirit of conviction is dealing with hearts and drawing them towards salvation. Please pray with us that there will be more visitors from the South Charleston, Ohio area in these meetings. We invite all to come enjoy yourselves in sweet fellowship with God and with His people.

Bro Dale Rude brought an anointed message entitled "Coming Home". His text was taken from Luke 15:11-24. He explained that the youngest prodigal son experienced true Bible salvation and deliverance from sin, when he repented and turned from his sinful life and went back to his loving Father.  His Father not only pardoned all his transgressions but also embraced his son in love after he returned from the filthy, smelly, pig pen job in a far country.  The son received a new, clean robe, and signet ring to do business in his Father’s name.  After repenting, he had a new, clean heart.   That’s just like us when we receive and experience God’s love. Doing the Father’s will is not grievous to us but rather pure JOY!  After repenting and turning from our sins, God the Father condemns us no more but makes us a child of the King!  We can now do business in His Name and enjoy every bit of it!  What is God’s business?  Telling others about a loving Father who longs to save them from their sins!  He’s waiting and longing to have a personal relationship with every one of his creation! God desires your love today!

You may call either Dale Rude (937) 324-0889 or Joe Coons (937) 399-7614 for more information about these discipleship meetings.  Please remember us in prayer as we endeavor to carry out what God has called all of us to do. Praise God forever!  Onward and Upward! - Submitted by Sis Joanne Coons
