I
came across a quote that seems to fit a lot of people we
know.........."Condemnation without Investigation is the
Height of Arrogance." How many people would fit that
regarding your Eldership study, not even considering the
countless other issues we could name. - Anonymous, Dec 30,

| I was able
to download and view the presentation. It was good… It was so
clear what has happened to congregations… I can hardly describe
how I felt. Really, it was about true freedom in Christ. We
are not accountable to one man. But we are accountable to God,
and in being so, we will live to please him and to help
others. - Donna, Oct 19, 2006 |
| I sat in
awe as I watched this {Eldership} presentation... I have an old
book entitled "Ancient Christianity Exemplified....in the life
of Primitive Christians"--1856. I will offer a short quote from
the book. "This entire perversion of the original view of the
Christian church", say's Neander, "was itself the origin of the
whole system of the Roman Catholic religion--the "germ" from
which sprang the popery of the dark ages". He is speaking of the
elevation of the clergy and creating a caste system whereby the
people became a distinct and inferior
order. {clergy-laity} ... To realize that God has finally
found someone who will dare to elevate Christ to His rightful
position!.. I do not know you personally and neither do you know
me personally but all I can say is Amen to the presentation!
