Saturday Morning, November 3, 2007,

A beautiful day! A beautiful ending of the meeting! Nearly 50 in attendance. After the morning service, we gathered in the church basement for a time of food and fellowship. 

Bro Haber spoke from Matthew Chapter 1 about the Savior who will save His people from their sins.  This Savior’s name is Jesus, God’s son.  He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb. 13:8).  He will always be a Savior – and He is no respecter of person (choosing some to be saved and others not).  He came to save whosoever will call upon His name.  Surely this is good tidings for all people (Luke 2:10). 

Although Christians live with the reality of the Savior in their lives every day, the Holiday Season serves as a reminder to what Christ has done.  As Christmas approaches, let us reflect on this Good News and God’s great love for man with even more resolve to get this HOPE to those who need it most.
