NOTICE TO INSTITUTIONALIZED CHURCH MEMBERS

A Message From The

All church members will now be
required to
look happy
during the church service, particularly during the preaching.
Pastor-approved supplies will
be
provided to each member at no cost (graciously paid for with your tithe money).

Here is the new low-cost,
Pastor-approved solution to cope with the chronic church blahs and
boring sermons!

|
Each church member will be
supplied 2 paper clips and rubber bands.
(See Figure 1.)

Assemble items as shown in Figure
2.

|
Once the preacher begins to
preach and you begin to nod off from boredom, apply as shown in
Figure 3.
Don't Worry, Be
Happy!

This new "smiling device" will
help you to reach the end of our "glorious
church services" with a smile on your face! .... and don't say you
never got anything from the church!

PS: While this post is intended to be
amusing, in reality it is not too far from the truth. While we were
in the Institutionalized Church, we were told repeatedly by our
Pastor to put a smile on our faces, even if we didn't feel like
it. In other words , we were told to be "Happy Hypocrites!"
