We had a beautiful meeting this evening with the sweet Holy Spirit permeating our hearts with His presence. The service was directed by the Lord and our hearts were intertwined in love. There were praise reports, prayer burdens, inspirational singing, mutual sharing and a brief lesson on asking and receiving.

The saints testified that they received spiritual benefit from the meeting and that it was a conformation to the manner in which the Lord had been working in their lives and the direction He has been giving them.

We ended the meeting by singing the song Ask and Ye Shall Receive.

See the great promises brother, Are they so hard to receive?
How can you doubt the dear Savior, Why don't you ask and receive?

Jesus has suffered so meekly, Sorrowing hearts to relieve;
Trust His with all of your burdens, Comfort and strength receive.

If there's a want in your bosom Father will fill it, believe;
Do you need knowledge and wisdom? Ask and you shall receive.

Open the kingdom of heaven, Jesus all bounty will give;
Here is the pledge of His promise, Ask and you shall receive.

Ask, my brother and sister, For all you need believe;
Ask the bountiful Giver, Ask and you shall receive.

It was good to be in the presence of God this evening and we lift Him up!
