Bro. Dillow spoke on the challenges of a growing congregation. (A place or assembly where we can gather together away from the world and receive encouragement).  How, through the Lord's giftings, we are to equip, minister to, provide for and edify each other when we come together.  Every member is valued and important and has a ministry to perform.  Heb. 10:24-25 we are to "...consider one another to provoke unto love and good works".  Also, Rev. 3:11 "...hold fast that which you have and don't let any man take it from you."
