Bro Joe brought a lesson on the two witnesses and the mercy that comes with them. A definition of a witness could be: a record, one who has seen or heard something, one who has been called to testify or something that serves as evidence.  Surely the Spirit and the Word do all these things.   Heb 10:28 and also, Deut 17:2-7, dealt with how the old covenant had no mercy, but how the Lord and His Spirit characterizes mercy, patience, longsuffering and other good things today.  He also spoke on how the Spirit and Word always are in unity.  They work together to : keep, sustain, nourish, chasten and/or plague.
