Today we met at Jim and Carolyn's house out in the country. They have a beautiful old farm house surrounded by big trees and a big barn. It was a very pleasant place to have a meeting, especially considering the beautiful Fall-like weather we are having.

We had a good turnout for the gathering. Bro Joe brought some thoughts on having God's favor on our lives. God is concerned about the little things in our lives and just as He sees the sparrow fall, He sees even the small things that we are concerned about and many times He intervenes on our behalf.

We also celebrated Bro Joe and Sis Joanne's 19th anniversary! We appreciate them and their children and all they do for the Lord.

After the gathering, we all joined in for a potluck dinner. The children explored the area while others played with the farm animals. It was a good to be with the saints!
